Do I have to agree to be located?
You do not have to agree to be located, but when you do agree, you are in control of when you can be located. You can give and withdraw consent just by sending a text message.

If I don't agree to be located, will it affect the TrackaPhone 2-3-4 service?
Yes, if you are registered on TrackaPhone 2-3-4 and you have not agreed to be located, then the service will not work for your mobile.

How accurate are the locations?
Depending on the technology and network used, there is a wide variation in accuracy. If you have a GPS handset, then the location will be very accurate (down to street-level). If you have a regular mobile phone, then the would typically be between 500 metres and 2 kilometres.
